What Managers Say About MSL
Staff Counselling Access Included
When even one manager is enrolled, all staff can access counselling through our confidential referral system.
Counselling sessions are self-funded by staff, part-funded, or fully funded by the employer, depending on the contribution you choose — and are
significantly cheaper than private therapy and most traditional EAP packages.
Staff are matched with a qualified counsellor within 5 working days after referral.

Important Information
Manager Support Line is a listening and coaching service for managers.
It is not a therapy service and does not provide
diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.
Managers should always follow their organisation’s
safeguarding policy and internal
crisis procedures when they are worried about an
employee’s safety or wellbeing.
MSL is not an emergency service. In an urgent situation, contact your
company’s safeguarding lead, HR team, or occupational health service –
and use local emergency services (999/112), NHS 111, your GP, or a
local crisis team as appropriate.
